Jennifer Jennifer Druery, LMT OrLic#18902

I am an Oregon School of Massage graduate and Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Oregon. I also hold a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification for personal training. My massage practice includes deep tissue, Neuromuscular Techniques, Thai massage (table mostly), Sports massage, Myofascial Techniques and various other treatments. I start by assessing your needs, then blend various massage techniques to best fit your needs.  I believe my strongest attribute in treating clients is the ability to seek out painful and restrictive areas on the body and work them out using special techniques.  My approach focuses on relaxing and de-stressing my clients while engaging balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.

I am utterly fascinated with anatomy of the human body, and often speak excitedly of an active and healthy lifestyle. I have built my practice around encouraging my clients to engage in activities such as yoga, stretching, walking or running, mindful meditation, and breathing techniques. It is my mission to work with clients to ensure longevity of the effects of their treatments, and instill a love for living a vibrant life.

My personal training certification I earned was to enhance and complement my massage practice. I feel very strongly that incorporating movement into a typically non-movement-state-of-society we live in will be imperative to our growing and thriving healthy into our Golden Years. I also aim to learn more about facilitating healing in my clients injuries and restrictions they find themselves dealing with. I have many dreams and aspirations of being of service to people, to their health, their longevity, and living a high quality of life.

I have spent the last 27 years with my wonderful husband. We have 3 beautiful and lively children, two sons and a daughter.  Our oldest son has an amazing wife and 4 children that I have the privilege of being Grammie to. My family is truly the light of my life and the center of my world.

When I am not saving the world with massage, I can be found dancing around the house, gardening, preserving the harvest, backpacking and hiking or reading a great book. I really enjoy, weight training and pushing myself hard in the gym, although I'm finding age is catching up with me so I'm dialing it back a bit. One item on my bucket list is that I would love to backpack the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail), for now, I will just be section hiking it, I'm not ready to "check out" of civilization just yet.  Other things I'd like to master is cooking outdoors (like special gourmet cast iron dishes), learn to fish, shooting guns, master the bow and arrow, wilderness medical first aid to name a few things. I absolutely love to laugh, and see the world as a constant miracle and wonder of my Creator. I love camping and sitting by the fire. I relish time with my extended family, and adore my church family.  I absolutely treasure learning new things.

Growth and contribution are two passions in my life that feed my need to serve and facilitate healing in others.
